The no-code-solution that helps customers buy where they want and merchants increase their profits

Challenge
Buyers usually follow the link to the advertising banner and get to the product page. Usually this is a marketplace or website. The buyer does not have the option of choosing a convenient marketplace for him, where he is used to buying. He cannot take advantage of the discount, or choose the best price.
A seller who sells his goods on different sites does not have a convenient service where he could create landing pages and offer his goods on all sites at once, collect user data, and track sales and customer analytics in one place.
My role
Art Director and Product designer.
I was the sole designer on the team. I made the product from scratch. I created a brand identity, a website, marketing materials for promotion, user research, and finally a complex SaaS interface.
Branding
Stakeholders suggested several names, on the basis of which I sketched logos. Initially, the name ZaoZoo was planned.
In the process of searching for ideas, another name was invented, on the basis of which the Trafficcino logo turned out.

Research
My team has done and documented market research and CustDevs.Based on them, I created a user persona that helped to conduct a successful marketing campaign and then start working on a Saas interface
I create two versions of the site design, and developed them up on Tilda. As a result of A/B testing it was found that the blue version of the site better retains users and they are 3 times more likely to re-visit the site. After deciding on the final version of the site, I used Hotjar to conduct user behavior research, and gradually increased the site's conversion.
Banners were created for the advertising campaign
Before I started working on the design of the SaaS interface, I created a user journey map. This helped me identify and understand user needs, pain points, and behavior, as well as identify opportunities to improve the interface and user experience
Prototyping
The Overview is the main entry point to the SaaS Dashboard, and I believe it serves two main purposes: 1) Informational (providing an overview of the effectiveness of the advertising campaign), 2) Navigational (providing quick access to key SaaS areas and activities).
I believe that the information goal can be achieved by meeting the needs that we have identified. Based on this, a prototype of the SaaS main page was developed, which the user gets after registration.
My hypothesis was that simplifying the process of «creating a landing page» by allowing customers to enter the absolute minimum info needed to get started would make it easier to complete the script. to get information about the product, user only need to enter the SKU and choose marketplace.
The content on the screen is divided into 2 parts, where the user can select and configure something on the left side, and see the result on the right side. In addition, the whole scenario is divided into 3 parts. This breakdown looks simpler and motivates the user to follow the path to the end. The user always sees how much he has left to go before reaching the goal.
Design
Results
I realized a good idea by building a brand, doing user research, and designing a converting website and a user-friendly SaaS. This project was nominated at the UX Design Awards, won two golds at the Indigo Awards for Interface and Navigation and Building Software, and a bronze for Digital Tools and Utilities. It also won two silvers in the Muse Creative Awards and a bronze in the A Design Awards.
